Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of londoncoworkingspace.com (the "Website") and any services offered through it, including directory listings. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

LondonCoworkingSpace.com is an online directory of coworking spaces in London. We provide:

• Editorial content about London neighbourhoods and coworking market pricing
• Free directory listings for coworking space operators
• Paid Professional and Annual listing plans with enhanced features

We are a directory service only. We do not operate, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any coworking space listed on the Website. Any agreement you enter into with a listed space is solely between you and that operator.

2. Listing Plans

2.1 Free Listings

Free listings are available to any legitimate coworking space operator. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any free listing at our sole discretion, without notice, if it does not meet our quality standards or is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

2.2 Professional Plan (£29/month)

Billed monthly. Includes all features described on the listing plans page. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to privacy@londoncoworkingspace.com. Upon cancellation your listing reverts to a free listing.

2.3 Annual Plan (£249/year)

Billed annually. Non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The Annual Plan will not auto-renew without your explicit confirmation. Upon expiry your listing reverts to a free listing.

3. Listing Content Standards

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the coworking space
• All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You hold all necessary rights to any images or content submitted
• The space operates legally and holds all required permits and licences

We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, remove listings that violate these standards, and to suspend or terminate paid plans in cases of material misrepresentation without refund.

4. Payments

All paid plans are processed in GBP via a third-party payment provider. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We will issue a VAT invoice for all paid transactions. Payment details are processed solely by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All editorial content on the Website — including neighbourhood guides, pricing data, and descriptive text — is the intellectual property of Webdigit Giorgio Montaldo and may not be reproduced without written permission. Listing operators retain ownership of their own submitted content (business descriptions, images) but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Website for the duration of their listing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of pricing data, availability of listed spaces, or the quality of any listed coworking space. Use of the directory is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webdigit Giorgio Montaldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any listed space. Our total liability in connection with paid plans shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toruń, Poland, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance. For paid plan subscribers, material changes will be notified by email with 30 days' notice.
